Biography

Dins Mironovs is a last-year medical student with a strong academic and clinical interest in psychiatry, emergency psychiatry, and substance-related disorders. He has presented clinical work at international psychiatric conferences, including the World Psychiatric Association Congress. In parallel with his medical training, he has clinical exposure in addiction disorder ward, working with patients experiencing acute and chronic substance use–related conditions. His broader professional interests also include prevention-oriented psychiatry and personcentered mental health approaches. In addition to hospital-based training, he has practical experience working with individuals in non-clinical settings, focusing on emotional regulation, stress reduction, and mental well-being, which informs his holistic and preventive perspective on psychiatric care.
