Biography

After earning an honours degree in Biochemistry from King’s College London, he joined GlaxoSmithKline as a Product Information Adviser, later being promoted to Global Drug Safety.

In 2007, he transitioned to consulting, leveraging his experience while completing a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Medicine. He hs worked at multiple pharmaceutical companies in the UK, Germany and the USA. Importantly, he was the Global Regulatory Lead for Suboxone (buprenorphine + naloxone), Subutex (buprenorphine) and naloxone nasal spray for Indivior USA during the opioid crisis for over 2 years.

Recently, he earned a distinction in PGCert Addiction Medicine from the University of South Wales, which has greatly improved his work with addiction charities, service providers, therapists and hospitals.

He is a member of the Society for the Study of Addiction.

Research interests:

Addiction with particular focus on AUD and opioid use disorder.
