Biography

Di Luden is the Co-Founder of Ubuntu Freelancers, a South African-based virtual staffing and operational support company serving healthcare and behavioural health practices internationally. Over the past six years, she has worked closely with practice owners to streamline operations, improve administrative workflows, and build sustainable support structures that enable clinicians to focus on patient care.

Through Ubuntu Freelancers, Di has helped practices across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and South Africa implement virtual support solutions ranging from administration and scheduling to billing, marketing, and operational management. She is passionate about creating meaningful employment opportunities for South African professionals while helping healthcare providers build thriving, efficient practices.
