Biography

Dr. Hend Reda Omara is a psychiatry consultant and psychology professor with extensive experience in clinical practice, teaching, and research in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. She manages adult and child psychiatric disorders, including mood, psychotic, anxiety, and addiction cases, with a special focus on opioid and tramadol dependence. She holds an MD in Psychiatry, a PhD in Neuroscience from Université Clermont Auvergne, and has multiple publications on naltrexone implants and pain pathways. Dr. Omara is also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and is actively involved in curriculum development, quality accreditation, and academic program enhancement.
