Biography

She is Mabel Ann Santhosh, Psychologist (Specialization in Clinical and Counselling Psychology) with extensive experience working with diverse, multicultural populations across hospitals, private practices, schools, rehabilitation centres and community organizations. As an internationally practicing speaker and trainer, she has spearheaded over 70 leadership, community mental health and clinical training initiatives - including life skills development, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and family psychotherapy sessions across India and the UK.

In recognition of her work with children and adolescents, She has received the Exemplary Counselling for Students Award (2022-2023) from Podar International School. Dedicated to advancing accessible mental health service delivery, her recent research, ‘Understanding the Barriers and Facilitators to Providing Digital CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I) Through Public Libraries’, earned the Best Research Paper Award (2024). Through my clinical practice and research, She is committed to pioneering real-world mental health paradigms that create lasting impact for both individuals and communities.
