Biography

Pavithra Sankara Subramanian is a Provisional Psychologist (AHPRA) with an MSc in Clinical Psychology, awarded as a gold medalist and first-rank holder. She is currently working with Deloitte as a Research Consultant for the State Government and the Ministry of Education, contributing to large-scale mental health initiatives for children and children with disabilities. She has extensive clinical experience across hospitals, rehabilitation centres, dementia care, palliative care, and university counselling settings. Her work involves therapeutic interventions, psychological assessments, trauma-informed practice, and cognitive-behavioural formulation. Her interests lie in anxiety, addiction, neurocognition, decision-making, and emotional regulation. She is committed to integrating scientific research with clinical application to improve mental health outcomes in diverse populations.
