Peter Lyndon-James is the Founder and CEO of Shalom House, one of Australia's largest residential rehabilitation organisations. He brings 26 years of lived experience with addiction and the justice system, combined with 15 years of operational leadership building a model that achieves 70% programme completion and 80% long-term sobriety without a dollar of government operational funding. He holds the GAICD, QBE, and CitWA, was named West Australian of the Year 2017–18 and Australian of the Year Finalist 2018, and is the author of multiple published works on addiction, rehabilitation, and recovery.
